Sundial Video's Web Video package is for those customers who want to distribute information over the Internet.  This package provides you with multimedia file content suitable for publishing on your personal or business web site.

Once we know your intended audience and the distribution method for your content (for example, streaming media or progressive download), we will work with you to choose the best image resolution, frame rate, and audio/video bit rate to suit your needs.  (Please note that you must have the legal authority to reproduce any audio/video material you submit to us for encoding.)


Quite simply, better quality multimedia content requires more digital information, making the size of your content file larger.  Larger files require significantly more disk space to store and use more bandwidth on your web site when viewed or downloaded.  Large files also take more time to download, which may be problematic if your target audience does not have a broadband connection like DSL or a cable modem service.

You will be given your own Sundial Video customer account, which will allow you to securely log on to our web site, to preview and to provide feedback on your video, and to download copies of your video from our site to your computer's hard disk.  If you prefer, you may request content to be sent to you via CD/DVD (depending on file size).
